Emergency Plug® H3 — US Version (Model EPH3 NA1)
The Emergency Plug® lets first responders and technicians secure any plug-in hybrid or electric vehicle in seconds. It connects to the vehicle's charge port and simulates the car's charging protocol, activating its built-in safety system so it can't drive away under its own propulsion — no contact with high voltage, and all electrical systems (windows, seats, lights) stay operational.
Colour-coded LED feedback confirms at a glance when the vehicle is secured ("If it's blue, it's safe for you"). The US version includes a Tesla Supercharger (NACS) adapter, plus support for Type 1 (J1772), Type 2, CCS1, and CCS2. The latest H3 generation adds a real-time warning: a red flashing signal alerts responders when the vehicle reports a rising battery temperature, before a situation can escalate.
